Shipping & Returns
1. Shipping and transportationTransport to any point in mainland Spain is free.
2. Shipping areas• Shipments are only made to Spain (Peninsula) and some towns in the Balearic Islands.
• No shipments are made to the CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA.
3. Reception of the merchandiseThe order will be made to the address provided at the time of placing the order, any subsequent modification may carry additional distribution charges to those included in the original order. It is an essential condition that at the time of receipt of the merchandise, any incident that may be in the state of the packaging is indicated on the delivery note that is signed by the carrier and Rols is notified by email to email@example.com, in a maximum period of 24 hours from the reception of the package, after this period the products will be considered as compliant by the client.
If the package shows significant damage with which it is believed that the product could have suffered damage, it must be rejected and Rols must be notified immediately.
4.1 – Return of merchandise – Terms and conditions for professionalsThe Client will have a period of 14 days from the receipt of the product to send Rols any claim in relation to the supplied product. After that period, the products will be considered as compliant by the Client. The claim must be made in writing, sending an email to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org
Rols is not responsible and reserves the right to reject possible returns in case of merchandise in poor condition due to improper use or transport damage. The transportation costs caused by a return will be divided equally between the Client and Rols, so that the Client will send the material to Rols carriage paid and Rols will return the repaired material also carriage paid. If a product is received to be repaired and it is verified that it works correctly, it will be returned to the Customer postage due. Return of material will only be accepted in the following cases:
a) Return of non-defective merchandise: The return of non-defective merchandise is generally not accepted. Even so, in special cases as an exception, the return is accepted, but always with the prior approval of Rols. In these cases of return, a surcharge will be applied for management and administration expenses of 20% of the value of the merchandise. Returns are not accepted for amounts less than €100.
b) Defective material at the time of receipt: If the material is defective at the time of receipt, it must be stated on the delivery note and Rols must be informed by email to info@rolscarpets. com. Once a return number has been assigned, the product will be sent to Rols with its original packaging.
c) Defective material in the guarantee period: In case of defective material within the guarantee period, the guarantee management will be accepted and its original packaging will not be necessary. Once a Claim number has been assigned, the product will be sent to Rols within a maximum period of 5 business days. The claim number must appear on the outside of the packaging. After 5 business days, the Claim will be canceled.
4.2. - Return of merchandise – Special terms and conditions for End UsersThe End User has the obligation to notify Rols of the intention to carry out the return of the product, either through the space dedicated to it on our website or by sending an email to the following address: email@example.com. The rejection of the package at the time of delivery of the product will not be considered valid and sufficient.
There are 3 cases of returns:
a) Return of non-defective merchandise: End Users have the right to request the return of a product purchased from Rols due to regret of the purchase within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the same. After 14 days Rols reserves the right to accept or not the return of the product. The End User will assume the management and shipping costs for the return of the product. The return will be made under the conditions assigned and notified in the return file.
b) Defective material at the time of receipt: If the material is defective at the time of receipt, it must be stated on the delivery note and a return request must be made via email to the address info@rolscarpets. com. Once a return number has been assigned, the product will be sent to Rols with its original packaging, manuals and original accessories and with its corresponding return number visible on the outside of the packaging.
c) Defective material in the guarantee period: In case of defective material within the guarantee period, the guarantee management will be accepted. Once a Return number has been assigned, the product must be sent to Rols within a maximum period of 7 days. The return number must appear on the outside of the packaging. If after the 7 days described the merchandise has not been received, the Return file will be cancelled.
