General conditions of sale and delivery

2. How to order?

The customer can place their order through the following channels:
- Through the page www.rolscarpets.com, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- By email to info@rolscarpets.com

Once your order has been validated and confirmed, Rols will send you a confirmation message to notify you that your order request has been received correctly.

3. Validation of purchase

Once the purchase and payment have been made, Rols will send you an order confirmation by email.
It is time to check that everything is correct. If you do not agree with the information contained in said confirmation, you may request their modification or the cancellation of the order.
The validation of the order by the client expressly supposes the knowledge and acceptance of these particular contracting conditions as part of the conclusion of the contract. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by Rols constitutes proof of the set of transactions carried out between Rols and its clients.
In case of needing any modification or cancellation, the communication must be made within 24 hours from the confirmation of the order, via email: info@rolscarpets.com and provided that the order has not been sent.

4. Prices and method of payment

The client agrees to pay for the products contracted to Rols in the forms of payment accepted by Rols and for any additional amount (including taxes and charges for late payments, as the case may be)
The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the website on the date of the order including, where appropriate, all of them VAT (Value Added Tax) for transactions within Spanish territory. However, in accordance with the provisions of Law 37/1992, of December 28, regulating said tax, the operation may be exempt or not subject to it depending on the country of residence of the buyer and the condition in which he acts. the same (entrepreneur/professional or individual). Consequently, in some cases the final price of the order may be altered with respect to that displayed on the website.
When making the payment, Rols will redirect to the payment gateway.
Rols accepts these forms of payment:

1. By credit or debit card

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards
You can make the payment immediately through our Bank's secure SSL payment gateway. If it is necessary to make any return or cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded through the same payment card. Both personal and bank data will be protected with all the security measures established by Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD) with total confidentiality.

2.PayPal

Through PayPal, the payment of the order will be authorized, but no money will be withdrawn until PayPal verifies that it is correct. For this, it will be essential to have a PayPal account. Rols will not charge any extra charge for the use of this payment method.

3. By bank transfer

The user can make the transfer to a bank account that will be indicated at the end of the purchase process. When making the transfer, the User must indicate the order number that Rols will provide at the end of the purchase process in the concept thereof. The User is aware and accepts that the transfer payment method may imply a delay in the delivery of the order since Rols will not start preparing the shipment until it has verified that the amount transferred matches the exact amount of the order. Rols will not assume any type of cost for possible bank commissions that are applicable, so the User must assume such commissions.

5. Warranty

Rols offers a warranty period of two (2) years from the date of supply for all rugs. This two (2) year warranty period will begin upon confirmation of receipt of the artificial turf by the purchaser.

6. Price policy and validity of offers

Rols offers are normally valid for 15 business days unless otherwise indicated. Rols reserves the right to be able to modify prices, until the client receives confirmation of their order.

7. Language

The language in which the contract between Rols and the client will be perfected is Spanish.

8. Advertising and informative emails

In accordance with Rols' privacy policy, the client will be incorporated into our database, for which reason they will receive emails of a commercial nature such as product offers or news about them. If you wish to exercise the right to cancel this service, you must contact us. In addition, in each email you receive, the client will have the possibility of unsubscribing in the event that they no longer wish to receive more offers from Rols.

9. Limitation of liability

The responsibility of Rols in the sale operation with respect to the buyer is limited to the amount of the invoice of the product sold and that established by the applicable legislation on consumer matters.
Rols' liability is limited to the amount of the invoice; Rols is not responsible for any loss due to loss of profit of the buyer of the goods.
